Alright 1st thing is 1st..I get the Fully black blocks and when I go to my saved world they do not show. Here's a picture to prove it:

They are showing, they are the fourth brick on the top row under 'Special'. It looks extremely similar to the normal black block, though, so you're probably getting mixed up.

Yes they are. Look at the normal black block. Look to the right of it. There it is.
