Brick select menu fail

Two very minor display bugs.

In some levels, I have my bricks like this.

But, in other levels, I have them like this.

EDIT: Also, when you have secret black block in the bottom quick select bar and click on it, it doesn't have an outline that shows that you selected it.

Only in your saved levels appear Coin door block and Spawn
