I cant create new topics at level links =S
Please fix it (and no i know where it should be and its not there)

Forums
We're going to be moving the forum and category structure around a bit. We have already moved General Discussion to the EE category and created a Forum Discussion forum. We have also deactivated all posting and replying in the Beta section of the forums (as we feel their purpose has not been fulfilled). If you have any suggestions or feedback for the current structure, please, feel free to leave a comment.
