Reputation Problem. (Diffrent from BossKing's)
I realized that I have 15 as a reputation, but I dont know how? Do you guys think I got 5 extra +reps? Because the last +rep I got was from Oatmeal, who gave me the +rep because of the NoName Crew.
Does this always happen?

You have +32 and -17.
32 - 17 = 15.

I don't see a problem anywhere. All your rep adds up.
EDIT: I counted your rep and you do have that many. So the numbers at the top are right. Nothing wrong there.
