Why is there a person without chat on the user list? Shouldn't it be just the chatters on top? I've seen this before and it's annoying. Does anybody here know why this is happening?

No, owners go right at the bottom unless they're chatters.

It looks like it could be because of the higher amount of numbers and the lower amount of letters than those of chatters' names. And BETO333 looks like he/she's the closest to the alphabetical order. Either it's that, or the server might be mistaking him/her as an UNKNOWN character since his/her name isn't white.

I'd guess that BETO333's account is glitched, or the chat-list is.
