No Postman Smiley?

I subscribed and activated it twice, I waited more than 20 minutes. Where is my Postman Smiley? I'm wondering if this may be a bug or something. Can someone help?

Here are the steps to getting the postman:

1.Subscribe to the newsletter
2.Check your email. You should see a new message.
3.Check back in about 10 min. You should have a message that says "You Rock!"
4.Click the link.
5.The Congratulations page should come up. Click "Open the game now!"
6. Log-out then login again and check your energy shop. It should be there.

I think it just takes some time to get it in the shop, after i confirmed the email i justw aited a while and suddely it was in my shop lol
