What he means is obvious, he can't use the chat while he's playing in full screen mode. Yes, it's a bug, and it's there since full screen exists. The full screen mode is terrible (no offense). Sometimes the buttons don't work, it has low quality and the chat doesn't work.

k thx, and what your saying is its a bug. And its always been like this in ee since ee started?(The chat scrren thing).

this has existed as long as chat has. The full screen messes everything up, that's why nobody uses it.
