Major glitch

When I go to search a level in the lobby, my whole computer crashes.     The cursor stops moving.     It happened on my dad's computer and my mom's laptop.     Please help?

This also happened to me on my dad's laptop about a month ago. Now he thinks I put some virus on it or something...   But nice to know that I'm not the only one.
