Ghosted people in my EE level.

I have got about 10 ghosted people in my EE lvl.
Does anybody know how to fix this or where to report it?

The level name is: CGCREW Castleworld 3

That means that they stay in the level even if i kick them, and they can't enter the world because the game says that they are already in the level but they aren't actually.

You get it? i don't think so but nvm.
