Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Start here, hold right arrow.
Effect of the up gravity arrows is preserved beyond the end of the blocks, causing you to drift upward at the end.

Ohh yeaah. You need to be moving at a quite fast speed though.
This 'persistence of gravity' is a serious physics problem. Definitely needs to be fixed for the sake of better control. Even if it's meant to be a feature, it's a bad one.
I think fixing this may also as a side effect fix the gravity support problem: It used to be that two up-gravity blocks could hold a player up, now it takes four which is completely ridiculous. Whether it's a related problem or not, that too needs to be treated.

Agreed.
This isn't a bug. This has happened a while back.
It doesn't need to be fixed.
Offline
This is a bug. It didn't happen before the physics 3.0 update when Chris made the physics update less often and therefore made them less accurate.
It needs to be fixed.
Edit: This bug has been fixed with the latest physics tweak proving that it was indeed a bug and that it did need to be fixed.

Are you blind or just dumb? This bug HAS been fixed.
And what is the point of posting just to quote someone else without adding anything yourself? Was it really worth bumping a thread that was last posted in ten days ago just for that?
