2,688 Players...Online?!?

Yes, really. Someone has been guest-bombing all of the levels.

This is insanity. You can't join any of the levels because they are full! They even appear to have more than they can hold - possible meaning that there are more guests waiting to join?

cuz they aren't anymore?? ok they still are down to 70%

I guess that one was a bomb, if you join the world and can't count total 40 players, then does that show a bug in EE...

EDIT: old EE had limit of 45 players per room, then they updated plan do get 50 players in it (but client still marks them as full but they aren't!)

Well I don't care if the forum index is down or not. I still can make a topic, so I'll make a topic if it's applicable.

Anyway, the bot isn't on anymore. We're down to normal.

I know exactly who is doing it and they are doing it because of the Zerk bot. Pretty much kind of a protest.

I just made a simple bot to spam Zerk's commands everywhere, and Meridith1999 has a very nice internet connection, so she ran it.

It was a quick build, and just a test to see if it was possible to overload him. Meridith has more details about him, so there are other ways...

Reason we did this was because of how annoying he is, I haven't played EE in months and came on because of what someone posted on CS, and this little bot is everywhere.

It wasn't intended to run long, just a few minutes to see what happened. He seemed to stop responding so SOME of us, but then eventually left, either the creator took him down or we did.

(Sorry for being negative, but the quality of EE is still the same... I mean come on, barely any of the levels that were full were good anyways)

@Polis: Topic crashed for me, it depens on the time of day... sometimes it goes better sometimes not   :/

I have the feeling ZERK and ZERKKILL   are 2 diffrent bots ( ) but I noticed, ZERKKILL is in alot worlds which are bombed with guests (maybe i know how togo around that just-join-with-3-guests-1-level-protection)

Zerk is the bot that 4949 (or something) made

ZerkKill is bot ID 1 of our bomber, just so you can easily tell if the bot is in the world, we have about 150 other accounts (all named guest) to do the rest.

If I understand you right, then you can give 150 accounts the guest-name!?
So you hack with ZERKKILL if ZERK is on and bomb it then with guests? :totally-crazy-smile:
