Yes, I know Kongregate has a bug report system, but this way the Admins have a higher chance of seeing it. Basically, when we are on a Kongregate-Linked account, the log out button doesn't exist.

Solution: Kong EE sucks, and doesn't update correctly. Make one on Armor Games or the main site.
