My Postman Smiley Disappeared from the Energy Shop!

My question is about the Postman Smiley. Two weeks ago I sign up to get acess to the postman smiley, and that was ok, it appeared on the energy shop for me to buy for 1000 points. That is fine.
But today when i went to see what smileys I already nedeed to buy it was gone!
I didn't bought it two weeks ago when i sign because the halloween smileys was released, and it would disapear after the halloween. So I focused to buy them first, by now i am finishing to buy the blocks package this week, and so, i would buy the others smileys that i haven't bought yet, like the nurse and postman ones. But today it was gone And i tried to sign up again, but the button "Send me emails!" didn't work. Even in gems i can't buy it. But why!? Is this a bug or something that is not supposed to be like that? I need help to get the postman smiley someway >.<

Hummm, so, i figured out how to get acess to the postman smiley again -.-''
I clicked on the link they send to me the first time i signed up my email. :/
Thanks god i saved that e-mail, cause the button "Send me e-mail!" works but no e-mail was sent when i clicked it again.

Next time I will try to solve the problem first and if i can't i will ask in the forum u.u
