Some guy named Wayne joined my friend and my world and he started moving around on the minimap really fast in random locations.   I recorded it here:

That is a speed hack.

Um do you know johnsteve? He used hack engine to troll my world. He also has done that so i think its a Hack

wayne keeps coming into my level and just going in and out... its really scary cos as soon as i talk to him he just leaves... he just stays for like 5 seconds...:/

You seem to know nothing about hacking.
It was probably a packet sender program, not a hacking tool.

I really don't know much about hacking. And wayne is a bit weird he also teleported in the world my friend too.

That person is probably using a hack program or whatever, I'm not familiar too much with programming.
Just let it slip by, you can simply kick him and he will probably learn his lesson

you can do it with WPE, you look like you're there, but infact you are invisible; he may look like he's appearing everywhere but he may actualy be playing.
