Bug no energy refill.

A couple of premises - if you forgive me - before I explain my problem.
1) I have been trying to expound my issue on the blog, but my comments were not approved and so noone cared about its solution (I hope this changes now).
I imagine that wasn't the right place to warn about a technical problem, although sometimes people use the blog to talk about bugs.
I really think that if Everybody Edits turn slowly into a free/potentially with fee online game, there should be a more direct way to talk with the staff in case of a technical problem. Long story short, there should be something like a form to fill to contact a Technical Support Group, because it's very unusual - and occasionally uncomfortable - to have to register to an outside forum (which also implies to create another account other than the one you already have on Everybody Edits) to discuss if you're finding issues in the game.
2) That being said, I want to thank in advance everyone that will try and help me. Thanks for the patience, and thanks for the support. Please, do guide me toward the solution and also - and mostly - guide me in this forum (this is, after all, only my second post). If this is the wrong section (I hope not), or I did something wrong, correct me. And if I was unable to explain myself, then I am granting you the right to yell at me, tell me to be more clear and - when I am dead - dance on my grave with a bottle of whiskey that I'll provide .
Jokes aside, once again, thanks for the help.
My Issue:
My account name is Uxername. I also have another account, that I have left aside, which might have the same problem (but I am not sure). I use Google Chrome as a browser. I don't have chat (the other account has), I am beta, and I have some unused gems. Other than this, I suppose it's a very normal account.
The issue is that very often I get a magic coin and I get no refill.
At first I thought that I was confused and that instead of a +2 magic coin (which is pretty common), I had just found a +1 (which comes with no refill). But it has happened a couple of times that my energy went up +10, and still, there was no refill.
This happens frequently, as I almost find 2 or 3 magic coins a week, and has been going on a while.
My max energy is 415 (the other account has a higher max energy).
If you consider that most of the magic coins are +1, but that at least one out of 7 is +2, you can see I can say that by not getting a refill, I lost quite a big amount of energy.
The problem started, if I recall exactly, around Halloween, 'cause I remember wanting to get the smileys sooner, and finding only magic coins without the subsequent refill.
I don't think I found, during this time, a +15 magic coin, but I am sure that with +2 and +10 my energy grows but doesn't recharge.
Is this normal? When I was playing with my other account, I reached a higher magic and still got a refill everytime.
Have the rules changed? Did I or am I doing something wrong?
I hope I was not too messy in picturing the situation.

To Be Precise:
Not this, not my other account have ever made any punishable mistakes. The only reason why I sort of abandoned the other account is that this one has no chat, and I sometimes prefer it this way. So, none of the two is banned, none of the two is shared, none of the two trolls, offends, cheats or follows any behaviour that can be considered inappropriate.

I wish to thank (this is the last time, I promise) the people who will try and lead me to the solution.
If, by any chance, I am not aware a certain situation (say, magic coins do not work as I think; this is not the right place to discuss the issue; I should talk to somebody else), do tell me without reserve.

I'm confused, are you saying that +2 energy coins don't give you refills? Because originally +2 energy coins were supposed to not give anybody refills, thus it was a bug.
And please be a little more specific rather than creaming up your post box with all of that unnecessary information, as that drives many people around here bananas.

Anyway, on the EE Wiki page, it still says you get a refill.

And yeah, good for your father: Apple is never a bad choice!

And please be a little more specific rather than creaming up your post box with all of that unnecessary information, as that drives many people around here bananas.

+2 used to give refills. One again, check the EE Wiki page. Only +1 gave no refill.

About confusion, I even schematized!
I wanted to be thorough, not to drive people bananas.
One last question: do I have to close/block the topic, can I delete it, or do I let it rot?

Notice that the Wiki says "This page was last modified on 6 May 2011, at 07:31." Which means the Wiki is not up to date.

Sir, you are not the only one that has been complaining that the +2 energy coins no longer gave refills. At the beginning of magic coins, it was ORIGINALLY suppose not to give you a refill

In this image, the person got a +2 energy coin and a refill, but the message never stated that the magic would even give the refill.
Please, stop argueing about +2 energy coins and refills from then, it was a bug at the beginning that Chris found out later on during the game, and it was fixed sometime in August when the major physics update took place.

Thus,   by checking the wiki,

Garfield2436, I was not arguing : I was asking for informations (which were not even about +2s, but more about refills in general).
I am entitled to ask (I think), and if you had been more polite, I might even have thanked you for the excellent clarification.

You shouldn't rush into being that stern so out of the blue: online communication sometimes is misleading, sometimes you don't understand the intentions of the other person.
That being said, all cleared up, enough OT: next time I will have a doubt, I won't ask a cat that eats lasagna (I'll try a dog that eats maccheroni ).

Either way, do you now know what the +2 energy coins originally were suppose to do? With that I suppose the question is answered about the "refill" bug.

I think that is a new rule, because one week ago, I got a +10 magic coin but I hadn't refill, and yes, this happen since halloween, before +2 energy had refill, I got this and I had refill always

We are probably going to need something stickied about "+2 energy coins, since everybody is always complaining about it not giving it refills. And I don't want to repeat myself too many times over and over again about +2 energy refill bugs.

My experience was very close to yours . Thanks for sharing.
Still, now I've been told that refills are a thing from the past and are now abolished, and I am perfectly fine with it . (In fact, I see some new and positive sides to it).

Either way, do you now know what the +2 energy coins originally were suppose to do? With that I suppose the question is answered about the "refill" bug.

I am not sure I understood your question: was it rhetorical?
'cause I imagine it's apodictic that a +2 energy coin adds a +2 energy to the total, eheh (it's a no brainer).

Anyway, as I said, if I had doubts, they're estinguished. I'm a happy doubtless man, now!

Once again: I was not complaining, I was asking..

But I think it's a good idea to modify the Wiki page and maybe add some information on the blog, 'cause that's what people use to inform themselves: that way you will not be bothered anymore by people wondering where refills went (damn us, people forcing you to repeat yourself ).

If you're capable of doing that: it would be great! And useful.
