Ban the hacker

Dear Rpgmaster2000,Benjaminsen,

I recorded a hacker who can Teleport and I kept trapping him, and when I trap him he teleports. BTW Here's the vid-

1. He is a shared account. He is just a normal hacking guy who we don't know.
2. I don't see any rules about teleporting.
3. Why is this a problem to you?
4. Benjaminsen doesn't even come to the forums.
