Black Screen Bug

Recently I've found that the screen randomly turns black on the game and I cannot move, hear or see anything happening. I've discovered that this can be fixed if I switch to a different tab/window and come back (or refresh the page). But it can happen in the middle of a boss or while I'm doing anything, which makes it annoying. When I return I am in the exact same place as before with everything exactly the same except what others have edited or moved. I noticed this problem maybe a month ago, except that the screen showed "Loading, please wait!" in white writing on a black screen and it has changed to just plain black since then (so I'm pretty sure it's not my computer's fault, maybe an update???).  

It is not too bad a problem for me, just disrupts gameplay which is only really a problem in bosses. Maybe the game is disconnecting in some sort of way.
