Whair's meh smily gone?

I subscribed for an EE newsletter to get the postman smily and also be updating on EE. Well I had the postman smily sitting in featured because i was still saving up for another block. I delayed the postman smily for a while and got other blocks and smileys but that shouldn't've been a problem. I went back into featured but couldn't find the postman. So I went through all of the catagories in the EE shop but couldn't find my beloved smiley. I went into the game and couldn't find my smiley either :/ It never said that the smiley would expire after a certain period of time so could someone help me?

go to your email,search an email from ee, click it,a message wil appear,a link will appear saying that you got the postman,now all you need is buy it form 1000 energy

Yes, I did that, and it sat in my 'Featured' catagory and when I checked back lately, the smiley was gone from it. D;
