Graphics stretching
Really strange. It doesn't even show the block, it shows the background that it corresponds to. The top should be fully black.
It only happens at the top of the screen when you can barely see it. You can't go higher or lower or it goes away. Easily reproducable, just recreate this scene.

I found this a while ago. I have a pic somewhere... It also happens on the side of the world. i have a pic of where usernames are doing the same thing.
