help me admins!!!!!!

i used my energy for 4 days in the police smiley and i have achieved them.:cool::cool::D
but today the smiley is in the energy shop and i don't have them:(:(:(
help me please!!!:|

Oh sorry we thought the game made it clear that you have to fill the bar before you get the smily.

1. Seems like your new here. Welcome to the forums. Read the rules and don't spam smilies like crazy.
2. If the police smiley is still there in the energy shop, you haven't met the requirements to buy it.

Are you sure you used the energy on your account or did you try out any beta accounts and spend it there?
