Chat for non-chats

Non-chats can type in everything they want to say but you are the only one who is gonna see it. (You can see the message if you went out and in of the level)

Guest can chat too but the only difference is all guest that are in that level can see it when they enter that level. Same as the non-chats you will only see you message if you went out and in of the level.

This is part of the friends list update: Only you and your friends can see what you say. Amitatsmon told me that he can talk to Benje00 and Hytres1, and they're non-chatters.
