Toolbar at the lobby?

I figured out something really weird. I can't change my smiley when I enter a level! It's stuck on default smiley!

What about the multiple 'initialization' bug? (this is also the reason/cause for the toolbar)
What about the non-changing smiley bug? (this is also the reason/cause for the toolbar)
What about the insecurity of the chat 'anti-spam'?
What about the room-name (untitled world) bug?

It happened again.

I think it happens when you are in a level for to long, then go to lobby.
