Maybe Chris wanted to give the newbies some features and wanted them to buy chat.Or it's just a glitch.So Chris is nice,or too stupid to find that bug

No, that text is the same for any guest, as in the chat will not change. It appeared there about 4 days ago.

I've seen this bug, but didn't think that it was that important to note it. As a guest if you try to chat, the error message is thrown, but if you leave and come back, whatever you said will have appeared.
