Chatting Problem

I sometimes get a problem where if I try to chat it boots me out and it looks like that.

When there appear to be two of every person in a world, it will glitch out and make the enter code bar/go to lobby buttons when you leave the world as in the picture. When you try to speak after entering a new world, it will kick you. I've looked at this and the only solution is to just refresh the page/reopen the flash player.
