Minor chat bug

I got stuck in a portal, relogged, and found this. The chat repeated itself. I've seen this before in other chats, but what causes this?

its spam probably. By someone who can repeat chats again and again. really boring isn't it?

If you noticed, the non spammers, me and bass, also repeated. I only sent those two lines once before relogging, and that Bass is a bot. The bot shouldn't repeat itself.

there is one where if your in your own place and there is 2 of you in your own place u can type somthing in leave with one character then come back and it will say what you can type
(only you cansee it)
