Where is the Tabs... In EE?

Hello Forums look this:

Sorry for bad English/picture ;P

I think its a bug i can see chat but i can't chat (i have chat) or bricks in me lvls! And i can't not to ''GOTO LOBBY'' tab! And i can't not see the lvl MiniMap and the Code Tab is gone... I can't save/clear and i can't see the people is the lvl i can't change Smileys! From myself!
Help me! Admins of EE FIX THIS!!

It happened to my friend account to...
Anyway, I Really don't know what is the problem, im sorry.

i had that somethimes to.
but now not, on beta link its maybe fixed, but you will need beta first

i just found that bug in my second account, but i tryed to fix and it work
now i have fixed gta to. so anyone wo i must help to ask me in pm.

I have this problem too
