Glitch with arrows.
If you set up something like this:

You get stuck. This has been an issue for a while and it still hasn't been fixed. It ruined a part of one of my friend's level.

It's not a glitch, it's part of the physics. When set up like that, you jump just at the right height to have 8 pixels on each arrow. And I'm positive it didn't ruin your friend's level, it was done on purpose.

Tell me, did Chris intend to make the physics like that? If not, it's a glitch.

Well, this level it was done intentionally, but it happened to my friend's level and it ruined a section of it.

I'm pretty sure it's not intended behavior. It is useful though.
