0_o smiley for non-betas.

I was using the stalk bot and when I tried to to change my smiley to 0_o my non-beta friend copied it.
Could the 0_o smiley can be out for non-betas?

I've known this so called "bug" for about 1 and a half years. It's really nothing new for me.

But if that non-beta has that smiley,
You wouldn't see the buttons in every level.

First go to another account.
Go to a level where there is beta people with the 0_o smiley.
Open stalk bot and enter you main account (which is a non-beta)
And stalk the person with the 0_o smiley.
There you have it! You got the smiley!
Then leave the level go to your main account and you have the smiley.
But because of the new update it you can't get it after you leave the level

You could get the 0_o smiley for the non-betas before the plastic update.
You could even play a level with that smiley.
But because of the new bug it stopped.

Once, and only once, with WPE pro when I was new and didn't have beta, I was hackin' around with the smiley packets, and then I was the o_0 smiley. Which is odd, because I could not hack into any other smileys I did not have, and I could not recreate this event.

It can be used by a non-beta
