I got it as well, really sucks as I joined a contest in my crew which needs portals to work well :/

This happens when there are too many things on that 1st row. If they would move the portals down one row, the problem would be fixed.

The glitch also occurred when the win brick had its own separate 'box' called "complete". It was too big for the 1st row.

Hit the Img button above the post box (Hit respond to forum to do this easier for the first time), and put URL of the pic between the two things it makes (Img and /Img, with ['s around them)
