Portal off-screen

Well, When I'm making level. I can't select any portal ID, It goes to chat and it can't be seen.
See picture...

Sorry, Picture may be not working.

Then... Next, When you use level link. When you click then you go into the level. You can't see below code tab and right chat screen.
