According to the pic he is using his own world because you cannot place timed blocks or gates in someone else's world.

I was thinking about it too.
I think it's because we have the blocks only, when we are in the Builders Club. They are shown in the profile, but not in the game. If we could have BC, we could have the blocks in the profile, and also ingame. I don't know actually why is it like that.

Krock doesn't have builders club. I can see that because you don't even have a builders club id in your profile.

And if I didn't bought the jungle pack, then it wouldn't be in my profile also i don't have BC, so it's still a bug :S

The bug of that is, Builder block appear even krock has discontinued his builder club block.
Maybe not a bug. You will have it after you repurchase the pack?
