Open world block problem

It appears as though no one can use any blocks in open worlds other than basic and metal and the only action items that can be used are gravity arrows, dots and crowns. All other stuff is unusable. This is only in open worlds from what I can tell.

Well, that's an odd update. Did crowns really come before coins? It seems to me that even the most basic of worlds should contain coins.

Coins are never needed in open worlds because the owner cant place coin doors.

Actually, he thinks he's doing the game good by doing this kind of thing. Strange, huh?
