First, change the password and change any passwords you've used the same for other services.
Use that.

You will get a recovery email afterwards, when they log out of your account, they are locked out.

Nope, I've never typed my login details into anything but the EE site and a few bots.

The name of my levels, they all got changed to I HACK ZOMBIE LEVELS, and I have a lot of small worlds, most are private, but I had to change all the names, deetz reminded me to. I changed them all (most of them) to the first thing that came into my head. I've forgotten who was on my friends list, and the ones I do remember come online once a month when I'm not online.

You can do the following in-game (as previously stated):
Change your password.
Use "/reportabuse <name> <reason>" in any room.
