multi woots bug

I find a new bug in everybody edits.

When, i give a woot for a world, several woots can be given by a same user, which is very rare

It's sort of a good thing...
It only uses one of your woots too

I've experimented with this kind of stuff before and I found that the extra woot goes away after a minute or so.
