/bgcolor #rrggbb

This command works well, but when it fills up your world, the background goes beyond the border of the world...
Also, I changed ONE world color to orange, exited, and now I click on my profile (from the lobby) and all my worlds are orange. At least it's not orange when I go to it...

I actually find this kind of neat. Perhaps /bordercolor could be used instead of /bgcolor changing the border?

I like this new addition, I only wish it didn't change the color beyond borders.

They also need to add the command to /help.
