Spikes

I can't place spikes. I don't know why. :/
I even deleted some to see if I reached my limit and i couldn't place them back

I can't either. I even tried in a new world with no blocks in it. I hope this bug gets fixed soon...

Oh, I noticed this as well, but I thought I had just run out of spikes so I placed fire instead.

I only ever spent energy on spikes. I didn't see the point in buying something different that didn't do anything different.

Well a christmas decor doesn't do anything different to a new years decor, so why don't we only spend energy on christmas decor? We don't, because they look different so they can be used in different ways. Although spikes and fire are not primarily for decoration, it's still nice to use fire when it fits the level.
