Zumza is saying the game wont show your new level if you don't go to the lobby, as an example, if you are level 11 and you level up to 12, the game won't recognize that until you exit to lobby, everyone until then will still see you as level 11 until you do that. The max energy thing is basically the same way, it wont show the extra energy until you refresh the page.

When you get a new level your still last level in Users In World View(that thing upside the chat log).

I read this a couple of times but I still don't even understand what you're trying to say (not being mean).

This also applies to woots, potions, getting chat, getting new blocks, etc.
