after some trolls gave everyone a 1-min rep, i suggest you can only changes someone?s reputation after a number of posts.
20 as example.

Maybe, if you get a rep from some1 low rank it only counts as one (or 0) but from a high rank like 3 or 5 or something, (I think that's what he meant)
