How about a Spam Section?
Not necessarily a "spam" section, But that's what they call it on a different forum. Just a section to talk about pointless stuff and get your humorous sides on. Although all the forum rules apply to it (except for maybe some creative profanity), there shouldn't be any lawbreaking.
I don't know much about forumify, but if you can, make a subforum in off-topic section.
