name changes

hay i want a new username that is The Red Troll so i was thinking that every1 gets a chance to change their user name once and a while so maybe monthly ask username change and there also a botton that says never again unless if u go to ur profile or u can change it in the profile where u get to change ur password. but its just a suggestion and still can i be called TRT (The Red Troll) unless if its taken already.
