Do you think I could just leave this part blank and it'd be okay? We're just going to replace the whole thing with a header image anyway, right?

Its a bit glitchy. Not sure whats going on, usually if its like this it just takes a minute more to load. But its not fixing and the status bar thing on the bottom of my browser is empty, which means its done loading.
Is this happening on any specific topic or the entire forums? (And I'd think the URL you're on should return a bad request, there is no specified topic.)
Try clearing the cache.... or possibly getting opera?
Opera's working fine for me right now.

Isn't he using Opera in that screenshot? Anyways, try a different browser.
Its fixed now. Ruri, It happened randomly, like I'd go to a topic and It'd be that way, then I'd go back there later and It would be normal.
Lol, different...
@Chewy, it's not Opera's fault..... it's obviously a problem with his computer. Always shift the blame from Opera.

I know you were using opera... which is why I suggested getting it AGAIN. As in reinstalling it.

It's just.... what happens if it doesn't completely load, I guess. It happens when I'm lagging, but just recently (maybe because Cyclone added that thing that fetches.... whatever the hell it does)
I hate tall signatures.

This is caused by your browser not properly loading the CSS for the page you're on. It happens to every browser every now and then.
