basically, cyclone owns the whole operation. he uses fluxbb to make forumify and can edit any feature he wants. its up to him whether to let (insert feature here) be usable on forumify.

Cyclone created the forum (on forumify.com, which he also created.)   Forumify runs FluxBB forums (he did not make them, he modified it to fit Forumify.)   Cyclone is the creator and first registered user of this forum, which Chris came on and eventually started endorsing it as the official EE fan forum.

If you go to the main forumify site you can see cyc giving updates about what's happening to forumify. That's how I figured it out.

I don't really guess anyone really expresses their appreciation for him. It'd feel out of place. "Hey, look at my world!" "Alright. By the way, thanks for this forum to post this stuff on, Cyclone!"

Cyclone became an admin on nonoba a while ago, before ee, and when Chris made EE he just made Cyclone an in-game mod or something of that nature.
