get rid of game suggestions

i say game suggestions should be under general discussion. i already got forum discussion and forum suggestions combined, so lets just do that for ee. in game suggestions, there is a sticky topic for what has been suggested. i say we move that sticky to general discussion and make all suggestions get posted under that topic.

General Discussion is already a massively popular section. With the forum discussion/suggestions, those were rather small sections, and it didn't make much of a difference when combined. Plus, General Discussion is different from Game Suggestions.

Game Suggestions and General Discussion are two large forums and are both quite essential.   Combining them would only result in mass confusion.
