SUGGESTION: The Ability to Highlight Topics

I'm suggesting that we have mods that can highlight topics. What this means is is that if a mod comes across a topic that's really high-quality or such, they could highlight it. The thread would be highlighted in green on the list of threads to draw attention to it. This would be a great way to showcase great topics. We could even have a lesser rank of mods that could go around highlighting the best topics. What do you think? And please tell me if I'm not being clear enough; I'm typing on my iPod.

This would be for not sticky worthy but good discussion worthy topics i'm guessing
