I'm Kinda new to these forums...

so how do you make a signature gif or name?

Go to profile and press "Personality". Scroll down and you should see a small box where you can make your sig. Find a picture or make one and copy and paste the tag and add [img]to the front and[/img] at the back. It doesn't have to be a picture though. Hope this helped.

I know how to do that but don't know how to make a gif of some sort.

Example: Look at 'Chewy's signature.

Hmm,I don't know how to make gifs,your gonna have to ask Echo! about that.

In GIMP, every layer is a frame, with the bottom being the begninning (I think). Edit as necessary in each frame, and go to Save > save as animooted GIF. It should show a preview. Edit as necessary.

depends on the program, on photoshop it's different, or there are programs on the internet that can animate
