Um... the logo up near the top.
Now that there's so many new smileys shouldn't those smileys be added up top?

I'm pretty sure mods or admins don't want to take the time to put them up there. It doesn't really affect the forum anyway, besides the appearance, but IMO it doesn't really matter. It'll still be a good forum no matter what the background looks like. (Well I might have exaggerated that)

I think RPG has enough to do as it is (graphics for future updates). He has a life too, y'know.
