That worked alot faster than I'd hoped. I made a topic, then as soon as i posted it I realized they killed my sig so I just deleted it and looked here again. Woo.

You guys might want to get rid of those sigs before I decide to impose an interim rule limiting signatures to 300px.   We get the picture. ^_^

I think the sig wars are over. Let's find sonething new to protest. How about avatar sizes? We need bigger avatars. I'm thinking somewhere around 300x300 pixels would be a good new limit for avatar sizes. Yeah, giant avatars. Make 'em happen, Ruri.

The limit is now 300px and I have coded a small little script to automatically enforce the signature limit (yet to be implemented).

No, by killing the entire signature and replacing it with [Sig too big, max size 300px] if it is over 300px.

Interesting. Why not just have it forbid the user to set a over-sized sig, and force them to keep their old one? Oh well. Doesn't really matter too much I guess.

We only need to make an announcement if we're giving out warnings for too-big signatures. If we're not, then it's unnecessary.
