Religious Themes

Ok,there have been a few Religious related themes,and they ALL Lead to complete : Spam,Double posting,chaos,Flaming.

I searched the form rules,and i didn't find any rule that is related to that.

I think that we should add that rule,Because If there were religious themes before,there will certainly be more in the future. That is all.

Religious topics are fine, and if they get out of hand, we dish out warnings and might close the topic.   No extra rules needed.

I didn't even understand what your post meant.

If you're speaking of a rule against religious topics, than you're way far off. We have this thing called the first ammendment, if you live in the US (and some other places), which allows you to talk about such things.

By the same logic, announcements should be banned. They ALWAYS lead to spam, double posting, flaming, and just plain chaos.

Religion is a very serious topic. People die for their religion sometimes. Talking about it can become out of hand because people don't take criticism on the topic lightly, and might get angry. You mess with someone's religion, you mess with their afterlife.

@Pawlowic Your only argument so far is that religious threads create more work for the mods. Your tone and wording make me feel like you have more reasons that you didn't write out. If you have more arguments against religious threads, I think we'd all be interested in hearing them.

All im saying is that Alot of Newbies come to that theme, and just get so mad,that they make chaos.

But it isn't the topic at fault, it's the newbies.

Fights happen in bars, so should we get rid of bars?

Stores are robbed, so should we get rid of stores?

Cars cause accidents, so should we get rid of cars?

Humans kill, so should we get rid of humankind?

Just because newbies don't agree with a topic, and spam it, doesn't mean we should ban all of those kinds of topics. Like I said before, newbies also spam the announcements. All should not be punished for the actions of a few.
