so... if you have more then one EE account, can you have more then one forum account?

No. you can only have one forum account. and i dont think you need more then one ee account

To see what people think of your opinion as if you were a random stranger.
For example, I start a topic about how life is meaningless. Naturally, people will disagree and I argue with them blahblahblah. I make another account and then provide the same opinion. Then, people respond to that opinion which has nothing to do with me or any opinions they have against me personally. More productive.
Yeah, well, you know that's just like, uh, your opinion, man.
