Bump Da Bump

Ok so I would like to know the officaly rules of bumping.

All it said in the rules is...

"It is also okay to 'bump' a thread that no one has responded to for some time."

How long is that?

I am trying to start a crew here and to do so it is really helpful to have it at the top of the list were it chatches peoples eye.

Also what about Delete and Re-posting?

Someone please explain :/.

My limit for bumping is 3 days. Any sooner than that and I inform them of my limit. Do it again and... [ominous ending]
